基于CAN的电力机车运行状态实时监测系统设计与实现

     

摘要

在设计电力机车运行状态实时监测系统中,将CAN总线技术引入到电力机车运行状态实时监测系统中,构建了一个以CAN总线为平台的集散型监测系统,用模块化设计方法,将整个系统划分为多个模块,采设计了CAN总线的硬件电路,进而将各个模块联系成一个有机整体.结果证实,基于CAN技术的电力机车运行状态实时监测系统,不仅有助于实时的采集在电力机车运行时的参数,也可以远程实时的监测电力机车运行状态,从而可以有效确保在实际中电力机车行车的安全.结论表明,在CAN技术支持下,优化设计电力机车的运行状态实时监测系统,可实时采集电力机车运行参数信息,提升电力机车运行状态实时监测系统设计质量.%In the design of real-time monitoring system of electric locomotive running state,the CAN technology is introduced to the real-time monitoring system of electric locomotive running state,constructed a distributed monitoring system based on CAN bus,by modular design method,the whole system is divided into several modules,the hardware circuit of CAN bus by then,the connection of the modules into an organic whole.The results show that the real-time monitoring system of electric locomotive running CAN technical design,equipment operating parameters,real-time acquisition of locomotive running process,can real-time remote monitoring of electric locomotive running state,to ensure traffic safety.The conclusion confirmed that the implementation of real time monitoring system of electric locomotive running state based on CAN design,can be used to complete the operation of locomotive motor fault monitoring of power grid voltage and traction in real-time acquisition of screen information,improve the quality of real-time monitoring system for electric locomotive running state.
