沉淀法合成ZnO纳米粒子热处理温度的研究

         

摘要

The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized via direct-precipitation method using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as raw materials. And the mixed solution of CH3CH2OH and H2O was used as solvent. The crystallite and lattice distortion were investigated by XRD analysis. The results show that the ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized at 100 ℃ above. When the heat-treatment temperature rises from 100 ℃ to 300 ℃, the crystallite increases from 35 nm to about 63 nm. And the surface morphology is not vary with increase of the temperature. In addition, lattice constant and lattice distortion amount of ZnO nanoparticles decrease with the increase of crystallite.%以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、NaOH为原料,在乙醇–水混合溶液体系中,采用直接沉淀法合成了ZnO纳米粒子.并借XRD分析研究了该ZnO纳米粒子的晶粒度及晶格畸变等相关结构参量.XRD和SEM分析测试表明:当热处理温度高于100 ℃时,可以合成ZnO纳米粒子.热处理温度由100 ℃升至300 ℃,ZnO纳米粒子晶粒度将由35 nm增大到约63 nm,且纳米粒子形貌不随温度变化而变化.另外,随着ZnO纳米粒子晶粒度的增大,其晶格常数和晶格畸变量变小.
