Compressed natural gas(CNG) is one of important methods for natural gas application, which is often applied as clean energy to provide driving power for motor vehicles and meet driving demand. Our company has set up CNG mother station to fill gas for car tanks. For CNG filling operation, we made two technical transformation, 1. after CNG filling, residual gas in pneumatic hose can be recovered and reused, and avoid resources waste and security risks, and save production costs.2. through operation and process improvement, improve vehicle charging efficiency, and no disturbance while switching vehicles, saving time and workload, and achieve purpose of more charging, unfrequent operation and reducing accident rate.%压缩天然气(CNG)是天然气使用过程中的重要方法,经常作为清洁能源为机动车提供动力,满足行驶需求.我公司成立CNG母站为汽车储气罐完成充气.针对CNG充气操作我公司做了两点技术改造,1.保障了CNG结束后,充气软管内残余天然气回收再利用,避免资源浪费解除安全隐患节约生产成本.2.通过操作和工艺改进提高充车效率,实现切换车辆无扰动,省时省力.达到多充,操作不频繁,减少事故率.
