2万安培大型电解加工机床PLC控制系统的研制

摘要

介绍了2万安培大型三轴卧式数控电解加工机床的结构、特点及控制要求。为了满足电解加工机床的加工要求，采用了PLC与触摸屏相结合的先进控制系统、电解液温度自动控制系统和电解液液位自动控制系统，设计了控制系统的总体结构图、温控系统结构图、液位控制系统结构图，并进行了关键硬件的选型、PLC程序模块的设计和触摸屏界面的设计。%The structure,characteristics and control requirements of 20000 amperes of large triaxial of horizontal NC electrochemical machines are described. The advanced control systems of combining PLC and touch screen for the electrochemical machine tools,electrolyte temperature automatic control system and electrolyte liquid level automatic control system are applied. The overall structure of the control system,temperature control system structure,and liquid level control system structure are designed. The selection of the key hardware type,the design of PLC program module and the design of touch-screen interface are carried on.
