微细电火花三维凹模加工中锥度问题的研究

     

摘要

In micro 3D dies machining by micro electro-discharge machining ,the entrance size of the cavity is larger than the exit size. The difference is called taper which we do not want. This is usually caused by the tool radial wear and secondary discharge between the electrode and the workpiece during machining. Simple 3D cavities are machined with ultrasonic vibration applied to machining fluid and researches on this phenomenon are discussed. The results show that it can effectively reduce taper through increasing feed depth.%在微小模具的微细电火花三维加工中,发现凹模型腔的入口尺寸会大于出口尺寸,呈现不应有的锥度现象。这通常是由于加工中电极的径向损耗及电极与工件之间的二次放电导致的。采用超声波辅助振动工作液的方式,通过加工简单三维型腔,对该现象进行了研究。结果表明:通过增大进给深度的方法,可有效地减小型腔的锥度。
