数控中走丝线切割机床高精度锥度装置的设计与应用

         

摘要

High precision taper device is a key component and core technology of CNC medium-speed EDM wire cutting machine tool. Higher precision of taper cutting is required with the continuous upgrading of products. The higher precision taper device is designed ,and solved performance , reliability,transmission accuracy,protection and other issues from the mechanical properties. It proves that the design scheme is feasible by experimental verification ,geometric precision and CNC motion accuracy is improved. Higher precision of taper cutting and multiplicity cutting can be achieved by the design.%锥度装置是数控中走丝线切割机床的关键部件及核心技术之一。随着中走丝机床产品的不断升级,对锥度切割精度提出了更高的要求。为此,设计了高精度锥度装置,从结构性能上解决了刚性、可靠性、传动精度和防护等问题。通过应用和验证,其几何精度、数控运动精度均得到稳定提高,能完成高精度锥度切割和多次切割的加工。
