基于在轨维修的航天电子设备机箱总体设计研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the complex maintaining and operating problem coupled with aerospace electronics chassis,based on the analysis of the defects of old aerospace electronics chassis,using the maintainability design theory and the idea of modular design,a new aerospace electronics chassis which is more convenient on maintaining is proposed in this paper.This new type of chassis accomplishes two characteristics which are orbit quick-replaceable of single board module and overall shield of the front cover.Last,mechanical and thermal properties are analyzed by simulation using the commercial finite element software PATRAN/NASTRAN and Msc.Marc.Simulation results and practice have proved that this type of chassis has the characteristics of convenience on operating and maintaining,completely complying with related standards,good generality and simple structure.%为了解决现有航天电子设备机箱维修操作复杂的问题,在分析现有成熟机箱缺陷的基础上,结合在轨可维修性设计理念,采用模块化设计的总体思路,提出了一款全新的更加人性化、维修便利的快速插拔航天电子设备机箱,实现了单板模块在轨快速更换和前盖整体屏蔽两大特色。最后,利用PATRAN/NASTRAN和Msc.Marc有限元仿真软件分别对机箱进行了力学分析和热分析。仿真结果及实践证明,该机箱具有操作及维修性好、可靠性高、通用性强以及结构简单等特点,完全满足航天机箱的相关标准。
