一种全自动介质损耗标准器的研发

     

摘要

国内用于检定介质损耗测试仪的标准仪器均为需要手动切换档位的标准介损器.针对这种情况,文中介绍了一种全自动切换档位的介质损耗标准器.该标准器采用模块化设计,包括电压和频率信号采集、无线数传和数据处理三部分.计算机控制技术的使用,促使三个部分有效结合,不仅实现了标准器换挡过程的自动化,而且计算机能够自动处理误差数据,对检定结果进行判断,并出具相应的检定证书,极大降低检定人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,最大程度保证了工作人员的安全.%Generally speaking, standard testers used domestically to check full-automatic dielectric loss resort to manual shift. In consideration of this condition, the article introduces a full-automatic dielectric loss checker. This kind of checker adopts modular design, including three parts, namely voltage and frequency signal acquisition, zigbee and data processing. The computer controling technology applied in the checker helps combining the three parts effectively, which is conducive to the automation of gear changing. In the meanwhile, the computer can cope with error information automatically, measure the result of verification, and produce the relevant certificate. All this contributes to reducing the labour intensity enormously, improving the work efficinecy, and ensuring the security of technicians to the greatest degree.
