基于DSP和LabVIEW的浪涌保护器抗扰度测试系统

             

摘要

A novel design scheme for SPD immunity testing system is designed based on DSP and Lab VIEW. The lower computer of the system takes DSP as a core,which achieves collection of SPD impulse signals of voltage and current through high voltage DC power supply,combination wave generator,and impulsive signal measurement circuit and so on, and transfers data to upper computer through USB bus to be processed. Combining with wavelet analysis technology, upper computer management system takes LabVIEW as development platform and uses its functions of graphic display and communication with Matlab to realize display, analysis and processing of measurement data. Test results show that the system has high precision and good stability, and has a good prospect.%提出了一种基于DSP和LabVIEW的浪涌保护器抗扰度测试系统的设计方案.系统的下位机以DSP为核心,通过直流高压电源、组合波发生器、冲击测试电路等实现对SPD冲击电压信号和电流信号采集,并通过USB总线将数据传送至上位机进行处理;上位机管理系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,结合小波分析技术,利用LabVIEW图形显示功能和与Matlab通信功能实现了对测量数据的显示、分析及处理.测试结果表明该系统测量精度高、稳定性好,具有很好的应用前景.
