0.002级弱电流互感器的研制

         

摘要

To satisfy the high precise calibration requirement of minimal current in electric energy measurement, a new type of High -Accuracy Low -Range Current Transformer is described in the paper based on Zero -Flux Compensation method and passive compensation technique. Such low current of 2.5mA, with many wingding turns, the influence of capacitive leakage current is great. A series of special means proposed in the paper such as control of winding layer voltage, layer electric field intensity and layer capacitance, optimization design of capacitive error compensating circuit, the accuracy has significantly been improved. The theory design and calculation method, error analysis of this current transformer are given. Special technical means used for reducing the capacitive error and exciting error are introduced too.%为满足电能计量中弱电流高准确度测量要求,研制了一种新型、高准确度、采用零磁通补偿原理和无源补偿方式的弱电流互感器研制.针对电流小到2.5mA的弱电流互感器一次绕组匝数多,容性泄漏电流影响大,提出控制绕组层间电压、层间电场强度和层间电容、优化设计的容性误差补偿线路等一系列技术措施,从而有效地降低了容性误差.该互感器的原理、设计计算方法、误差分析,以及降低激磁误差和容性误差的技术措施等做了具体阐述.
