This article describes the R&D and innovation of the portable device used to test current transformers. The innovations arerusing no-load current transformer,simulated load box,l/5A cascade current transformer, directly measuring and display the compensation value of the ratio difference, directly measuring the primary excitation current and unified calculation errors by function. The advantages of the device: small size, light weight, portable, accurate and easy to operate. The device can test 15 ～2000 / 5、1A power current transformer through the traditional method or indirect method. There are 0.05S class 150 ～ 2000 / 5A and 0.02S class 1/5A standard current transformers and current transformer calibrator in the device, which can be test and traceable.%介绍了便携式电流互感器检定装置的研发和创新.其创新点主要有:采用空载电流互感器、仿真负荷箱、1/5A级联电流互感器、直接测算并显示比值差补偿值、直接测一次励磁电流并通过函数统一计算误差.据此研发的装置具有体积小重量轻便于携带和测试准确方便等优点.装置可分别用传统法或间接法检定15～2000/5、1A电力电流互感器,其内附标准0.05S级150～2000/5A和0.02S级1/5A电流互感器以及电流互感器校验仪等可以检定溯源.
