利用四端互感对锁相放大器校准的研究

摘要

提出了一种测量锁相放大器正交分量精度的方法.以四端互感和三支路电抗分流器为基础,在5 mV量程,频率从20～200 kHz下对锁相放大器进行校准,并对测量结果进行了不确定度评定.该方法也适用于锁相放大器其它量程的校准.%This paper describes a method for calibrating the accuracy in quadrature part of the lock-in amplifier at 5mV ranges.The method is based on the use of the four-terminal mutual inductor and three-branch binary inductive current divider.The measurement standard uncertainties are presented at frequencies from 20 kHz to 200 kHz at 5mV range.This method is also applicable in other ranges.
