电能计量装置状态模糊综合评估及检验策略研究

         

摘要

The paper analyzes the electric power metering device operation and inspection at present, and aiming at its deficiency, the necessity of comprehensive evaluation on its operation condition is put forward. From the technical level and management level, different indicators which can reflect its operation condition are selected. The tree evaluation index system is established. Combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation model of electric energy metering device is established. Through setting the index weight coefficient and the initial score of each index, the operation condition of electric energy metering device can be obtained. According to the comprehensive evaluation results, the operation condition is divided into four kinds. For each condition, different inspection strategy is put forward. Some strategy improvement measures are also proposed.%分析了现行电能计量装置运行和检验的现状,针对其存在的不足,提出了对其运行状态进行综合评估的必要性.从技术层面和管理层面选取各个能够反应电能计量装置运行状态的指标,建立树形评估指标体系.结合层次分析法和模糊综合评估法,建立了电能计量装置综合评估模型,通过设定指标权重系数和各项指标评判分值,得到电能计量装置运行状态的综合评估结果.针对综合评估结果,将电能计量装置运行状态分为四种情况,并针对不同评估结果提出相应的检验策略,对现行电能计量装置检验策略提出改进措施.
