远供直流电源系统设计及其参数选取

     

摘要

针对远供直流电源的工作特点,提出一种DC/DC拓扑电路结构,详细分析了直流电源远供电能的控制方法,通过计算并结合试验经验选取了拓扑主电路开关管型号、电感和电容的参数值,最后根据功率大小、远程传输电压和电流值制作了一台1kW的试验样机,通过实验验证了文章所引用电路拓扑结构、控制方法以及所选取参数值的可行性。%According to the characteristics of direct-current(DC) power supply for remote work, this paper analyzes a DC/DC topology circuit which can remotely transmit DC energy. But for the design of main circuit and control circuit for remote DC transmission energy, the control methods and device parameters are different from those of the common switching power supply. Based on this method, a DC power supply’s control method is analyzed in detail with citing a typical half-bridge DC/DC topology circuit. After the analysis of the working principle of the circuit, and design and calculation methods in combination with trials, the model of the main circuit switch topology as well as the parameters of the inductance and capacitance is selected. Finally, according to the power and remote transmission voltage and current, an experiment prototype of 1KW is produced. Experiment verifies the viability of the circuit topology, control method and the parameters selected.
