This paper presents a precise time synchronization strategy for electricity information acquisition system , which uses hierarchical network method and ensures synchronization accuracy .An improved NTP algorithm is adopted between time synchronization of main station and terminal of electricity information acquisition system , which reduces the influence of uncertain uplink network delay to the synchronization accuracy .This paper also proposes a low-com-plexity filtering method in reducing the actual implementation complexity , while ensuring the accuracy of time synchro-nization .Active time compensation is adopted between electric energy meter and terminal of electricity information ac-quisition system , which uses packets broadcasting through low voltage power line carrier communication .The theoreti-cal analysis and experimental testing prove that the precise time synchronization strategy in this paper can fulfill the accuracy within one second , and is fully able to meet the requirements of time synchronization accuracy of the electric-ity information acquisition system .%提出了一种用于电力用户用电信息采集系统的整体校时方案,采用网络分层校时,保证网络各层之间的校时精度。用电信息主站和采集终端之间采用了一种改进型NTP校时算法,降低了采集终端上行无线网络延迟的不确定性对于校时精度的影响。同时还提出了一种低复杂度的校时滤波方法,在降低工程实现复杂度的同时,保证了校时精度。采集终端和电能表之间采用了基于主动时间补偿的校时方法,利用低压电力线载波通信完成广播校时过程。理论分析和实验测试证明,该校时方案的校时精度能控制在1秒之内,完全能够满足用电信息采集系统的整体校时精度要求。
