采用两级分压的35 kV 电网过电压在线监测装置研制

         

摘要

设计了一种采用两级分压的35 kV电网过电压在线监测装置。一级分压采用低阻尼阻容分压器作为过电压传感器,二级分压采用高阻尼阻容分压。分析了分压器的设计方法,分压器的方波响应良好,工频和冲击分压比一致。采用双缓冲技术和高速采样技术,装置能够在较高的采样率(20MHz)下采集较长的数据(64M),并且缩短间隔时间(小于1 s)。工频试验和标准雷电过电压试验表明,该装置具有较高的测量精度,能够准确记录内部过电压和雷电过电压。%An on-line monitoring device based on two-stage subdivision for overvoltage in 35 kV grid is presented in this paper .A low damped capacitive divider is designed as an overvoltage sensor in the primary subdivision .A high damped capacitive divider is designed as the secondary subdivision .The divider ’ s designing methods and response characteristics are analyzed .The power frequency ratio is in accordance with the impulse ratio .Moreover , with the data double buffering and high-speed sampling techniques , this device can collect longer data (64 Mbytes) and short-en interval time (less than 1s) at a high sampling rate (up to 20MHz).The result of the measurement indicates that the device has a good precision and can monitor internal and lightning overvoltage at a qualified precision .
