防窃电仿真试验平台设计与实现

     

摘要

The increasingly specialized covert means of tampering that increases the difficulty of the work of power an -ti-stealing , in view of this problem , a design and implementation scheme of power anti-stealing simulation platform was proposed in this paper .The simulation platform was mainly composed of stealing metering unit with simulation de-vices, centralized control system and anti power stealing products testing system .Based on the metering environment of users in the field , different metering units were built , including high voltage metering unit for special transformer of high voltage power supply system , low voltage metering unit for special transformer of high voltage power supply sys-tem, public transformer metering unit , low voltage three phase metering unit and low voltage single phase metering u-nit.The platform was capable of simulating typical power stealing methods , testing anti power stealing products and verifying power anti-stealing strategies , which provides a powerful tool for the development of power anti-stealing tech-nology.%日趋专业化隐蔽化的窃电手段使得防窃电工作的难度增大,为此提出了一种防窃电仿真试验平台的设计与实现方案,该仿真试验平台主要由带窃电模拟装置的计量单元、集中控制系统和防窃电产品检测系统三部分构成。仿真试验平台基于现场用户计量环境,设置了专变高供高计用户、专变高供低计用户、公变、低压三相用户及低压单相用户等多个计量单元。可模拟复现多种典型窃电方式,并能开展防窃电产品检测及防窃电策略的验证工作,为防窃电技术发展提供的有力的工具。
