基于E类放大器的松耦合电源的分析与设计

         

摘要

文章设计的松耦合电源是基于E类功率放大器电路改进,并对此电路拓扑进行电路分析,经去耦等效建模,将电路划分为四种工作状态,分别进行时域电路求解并画出理论波形。通过分析电路工作频率随耦合系数、开关导通时间改变的关系,以及输出功率与开关导通时间的关系,提出一种电流过零导通开关、并以电流平均值控制开关导通时间的功率控制策略,实现了功率输出的稳定性,并进行了实验验证。%The design of the loosely coupled power supply is based on class E power amplifier circuit , and its circuit topology is analyzed in this paper .We analyze this modified circuit by decoupling equivalent model , and divide the circuit into four working states , solve it in time-domain and draw the theory waveform respectively .By analyzing the relationship that the circuit frequency changes with the coupling coefficient and switch -on time of the MOSFET , as well as analyzing the relationship between output power and switch-on time of the MOSFET , we propose a kind of pow-er control strategy-switch on the MOSFET when the current is zero-crossing and control the switch-on time by the aver-age current .This strategy can stabilize the power output , and experimental verification is conducted in the last .
