关口电能计量装置在线校验及故障诊断采集前置装置设计

         

摘要

There are some problems too difficult to solve traditionally existing in the remote calibration and online di-agnosis of the gateway electrical energy metering device .A new method is introduced to design the pre-device for the remote calibration and online fault diagnosis in the gateway electrical energy metering device in this paper .The local time domain waveform data of current and voltage can be acquired by the high-precision sampling circuit based on GPS synchronous sampling and wireless communication .These data are uploaded to the master station server by the wire-less network composed of WiFi modules .In the master station server , these data are processed with the algorithms of energy calibration and model statistic optimization to realize the online inspection and fault diagnosis of the electric en -ergy tariff point metering device .Thus, the level of supervising management along with the remote calibration , online diagnosis and operation state monitoring can all be improved in the gateway electrical energy metering device .%对关口电能计量装置的远程校验和在线诊断,传统上存在一些难以解决的问题.文中介绍一种关口电能计量装置远程校验及在线故障诊断采集前置装置设计方法,采用GPS同步采样和无线通信技术的高精度采样电路设计获取现场电压电流时域波形数据,通过WiFi模块构成的无线通信网络上传到主站服务器,利用主站服务器强大的计算能力、电能校验算法、故障诊断统计模型算法实现对大量分散在各处关口电能表的自动远程校验、故障诊断及运行状态监测,可有效提升关口电能计量装置的远程校验、在线诊断及监督管理水平.
