电力系统脆弱性评估,可筛选出系统潜在薄弱环节,是防范和减少电力系统停电事故的基础性工作.综合考虑能量裕度和灵敏度建立节点的状态脆弱性指标;提出脆弱性风险因子表征节点承受故障扰动的能力;考虑节点的网络拓扑参数,基于电气介数建立节点的结构脆弱性指标.综合考虑节点的运行状态、不确定性故障因素和结构属性,建立节点的综合脆弱性评估模型,该模型克服了传统脆弱性评估方法没有考虑不确定性故障因素的不足.对IEEE-30标准母线系统的仿真分析,验证了所提评估方法的合理性.%The vulnerability assessment of power system can select a potential weak link in the system,which is the basic work to prevent and reduce power system blackout.With the comprehensive consideration of energy margin and sensitivity,the vulnerability index of node is proposed,and vulnerability risk factor is considered to characterize the capability of nodes,and the network topology parameters of nodes are considered.Considering the running state,the fault factors and the structural properties of the nodes,the comprehensive vulnerability assessment model is established.The model overcomes the shortcomings that the traditional vulnerability assessment method doesn't consider the uncertain fault factors.The simulation analysis of IEEE-30 bus system verifies the rationality of the proposed method.
