计及抗干扰能力和影响力的节点综合脆弱性评估方法

     

摘要

电网脆弱性评估是当前研究的热点问题.电力系统面临的多种不确定性因素给系统带来的扰动已成为制约电网安全运行的主要因素之一.针对这一问题,从系统遭受扰动时节点的抗干扰能力和节点退出运行后对系统影响的角度出发,分别建立反映节点抗干扰能力和影响力的指标集.在此基础上,运用超效率数据包络分析对指标集进行科学整合,提出一种新的节点脆弱性综合评估方法,该方法对指标权重的选取比较客观,可有效全面地辨识系统中的薄弱节点.通过IEEE30节点系统仿真分析结果表明,所提模型在筛选系统脆弱节点时辨识度更高,验证了所述方法的合理性和有效性.%The vulnerability assessment on power grid is a hot issue in the current research. Considering that the distur-bance brought by different uncertain factors has already become one of the main obstacles that restrict the safe operation of power grid,the indexes that reflect the anti-interference ability and the influence of nodes are built from the perspec-tives of anti-interference ability of nodes when the system suffers from the disturbance and the impact imposed on the power system because of the out-of-service of nodes,respectively. On this basis,the index sets are generated reason-ably by super efficiency data envelopment analysis,and a new comprehensive vulnerability assessment method for nodes is proposed,which can select the weights of indexes objectively and recognize the weak nodes of the system effec-tively and comprehensively. Case studies are carried out on an IEEE 30-node system,and the simulation results demon-strate that the proposed model can screen the weak nodes at higher recognition rates,which validates its reasonability and validity .
