Means to improve the total harmonic distor-tion (THD) of the small-size bulge-poles type synchronous generator were studied to present the key points to design sine-wave synchronous generator, discuss the various kinds of elements to influence THD and provide the correlative test results.%研究了改善小型凸极式同步发电机总谐波失真率（THD）的措施，给出了正弦波发电机的设计要点，探讨了影响THD的各种因素，并提供了相关的实验结果。
