南极科考支撑平台主控系统的硬件设计与实现

             

摘要

Hie Antarctic support platform is the first energy support platform that is developed independently by China.The Master Control System of the platform was planned based on the foreign similar platform.Considering the special natural environment, Rockwell redundancy controller and redundancy ControlNet were designed to enhance reliability.The equipment selection and structure design of Master Control System was focused.The field running shows that the system meets the design requirement.%南极科考支撑平台是我国首座独立自主研发的极端条件下科考支撑平台,主控系统是平台的现场控制中枢.在国外同类平台研制的基础上,针对平台所处的特殊自然环境,从增强系统的可靠性出发,采用了冗余控制器和冗余通信网络方式.着重介绍了主控系统的设备选型及结构设计.平台现场运行表明,平台主控系统硬件选型正确可靠,设计完全可行.
