PLC技术在联合站游离水控制系统上的研究

摘要

随着现代工业控制技术的发展PLC已经广泛应用于各行各业的自动控制中,在石油生产加工领域用PLC来实现油田联合站游离水系统的控制还需要改进.通过分析PLC基理和设计步骤,针对游离水脱除器的特殊情况利用欧姆龙软件对游离水控制系统进行了编程,实现了温度和压力的监视功能以及游离水液位的PID控制.%Along with the development of modern industrial control technology, PLC has been used widely in all walks of life. In oil production processing fields using PLC to achieve oil field joint station free water system control still need to be improved. Through the analysis of the reason and PLC design steps, according to the special situation of free water dehydrator, use the OMROM software to make the programming and control the free water system. Realized the temperature and pressure monitoring function,and PID control of free water level.
