智能电网的时间同步体系配置方法

         

摘要

In the 12th Five-year Plan,the State Grid Corporation of China has set the target of constructing a strong smart grid.To enable the smart grid to regulate operational mode quickly and acquire strong online monitoring and analysis capability and intelligent self-healing ability,it is necessary to establish a strong communication support network to obtain effective data that can accurately reflect real situation of the grid nodes,and establishing a synchronous digital transmission system over the entire network is a basis of the communication network.Based on the establishment of a synchronous system for the SDH looped communication network of the existing grid,this paper analyzes the synchronous mode of the existing SDH looped communication network,and points out the pseudo-synchronization existing in the current looped synchronous network.Furthermore,in view of the difficulty in site selection of GPS base stations as well as the isolated island operation of the substations in the looped synchronous network,this paper reviews the problem of many types of hardware of different criteria in the time synchronous configuration of secondary sub-station equipment in the 3-layer 2-network hierarchy of the intelligent substation,and finally proposes a time synchronous networking scheme for the entire grid.%国家电网公司在“十二五”规划中提出全面建成坚强智能电网的目标,为使智能电网具备快速的运行方式调节能力、强大的在线监测分析能力、智能化的自愈能力,必须建立坚强的通信支撑网络以获取能够准确反映电网节点现实情况的有效数据,而建立全网同步数字传输体系是通信网络的基础保障。以现有电网的SDH通信环网同步体系的建立为依据,分析了现有SDH通信同步环网的同步模式,指出现有时间同步体系中存在的伪同步问题;并根据变电站建设中存在GPS基站建设导致的选址困难和变电站在同步环网中的孤岛运行状态,结合智能变电站的三层两网结构中变电站二次设备的时间同步配置存在硬件种类多和标准不统一的问题,最后提出基于全电网的时间同步联网方案。
