基于多属性价值函数估计法的调度权转移模型

摘要

当发生电力突发事件时,调度权合理有序的转移将对电力应急事故处理起到至关重要的作用.建立了基于多属性价值函数估计法的调度权转移模型,选取了停电损失、人员状态和设备状态三项指标,并且综合运用了多属性价值函数估计法进行建模计算,最终将结果与实际电力事故样本进行对比,分析了方法的可行性.%In the event of power emergency,reasonable and orderly transfer of dispatching power will play a vital part in the handling of such accidents.This paper establishes a scheduling power transfer model based on the multi-attribute value function estimation method,selects three indexes of outage loss,personnel status and equipment status,and completes modeling calculation through comprehensive application of the multi-attribute value function estimation method.Finally,the results are compared with actual power accident samples,and the feasibility of the method is analyzed.
