基于S7-400H PLC与上位机双机双网Mod bus TCP冗余通信

摘要

为了实现地铁项目对于PLC与上位机实现双机双网通信的要求,基于S7-400H冗余系统以太网通信模块CP443-1 Modbus TCP通信,通过PLC内部程序的开发,并与上位机通信软件的配合,实现PLC与上位机双机双网Modbus TCP冗余通信.方案在南京地铁项目中得到运用,达到了设计目的,并运行良好.%Based on S7-400H redundant system Ethernet communication module CP443-1 Modbus TCP communication,twin-computer twin-network Modbus TCP redundant communication by means of PLC and upper computer was realized through development of PLC internal program and coordination with upper computer communication software to meet the requirement of twin-computer twin-network communication by means of PLC and upper computer for metro projects.This scheme was applied in a metro project in Nanjing,achieved its design goal and had good operation.
