This study applies to surface-mounted ferrite magnets, sinusoidal drive, and permanent magnet synchro-nous motor. Based on the permanent magnet motor design theory, Ansoft and MATLAB software to design and re-search, through differential curve analysis of flat topped waveform degree, using Fourier analysis of harmonic content, it evaluates the improvement method of back EMF harmonic content, explores the optimization improvement plan. Finally, the optimization effects are verified by experiments.%本研究适用于表贴式铁氧体磁钢、正弦驱动、永磁同步电机。基于永磁电机设计理论、ansoft、matlab软件进行设计研究,通过曲线微分分析波形平顶程度,使用傅里叶函数分析谐波含量,评估改善反电势谐波含量的方法,摸索优化改善方案,最后通过实际试制验证优化效果。
