基于ANSYS的厚板多道焊焊接残余应力模拟

摘要

利用ANSYS参数化有限元分析APDL语言编制相关程序,对980钢平板对接焊的温度场及应力场进行模拟,为实际生产过程中分析焊接结构性能、优化焊接工艺提供了有效指导.%In this paper, using the ANSYS parametric finite element analysis of APDL language procedures, simulates the butt-welding thermal field and stress field on 980 sleel plate,as the actual production process analysis of welding structure properties, optimizing welding technology provides effective guidance.
