宽通道板式换热器修复工艺

摘要

氧化铝生产所用的宽通道板式换热器因在长期使用过程中板片磨损而导致泄漏,局部处理无效后设备无法使用,需进行彻底处理.在实际修理中,利用现有技术和能力,针对板片破损情况和设备结构特点,采用组对、焊接工艺对破损板片进行逐片拆解和清理,解决了残片恢复、薄板沟槽堆焊、焊接变形控制、板片裂纹处理和压力试验等多项技术难题.%Due to wearing of plates after long term operation,leakage occurred in wide channel plate heat exchanger operated in seed tank of alumina production process.The exchanger can not be used even after partial treatment,thorough repair is required.Aiming at the wearing condition of the plates and the characteristics of the heat exchanger and utilizing available technology and competence, maintenance proposal has been successfully made in our actual repair work.With detailed sorting method,the damaged plates are dismantled and cleaned one by one.Several technical challenges like repair of relics,build up welding on groove of thin plate,control of welding deformation,treatment on crack of plate,and pressure test are overcame,which saved a lot of time and money,and provided a successful example for repair and use of such parts.
