快开盲板与压力容器筒体焊接变形的控制

摘要

快开盲板式压力容器广泛应用于化工、航天、医疗、天然气等工业领域.快开盲板是天然气管道的关键设备,长期受制于国外市场,严重影响我国天燃气行业发展的现状,尤其是高压大口径快开盲板,其国际市场被国外公司垄断,2015年大口径、高压力快开盲板国产化的试制成功打破了国外垄断.随着国内需求量的不断增加,快开盲板与压力容器筒体焊接变形引发的泄漏等问题也日渐增多.总结多年的快开盲板设备焊接经验,采取编制焊接指导书、焊工取证、焊接变形预防及控制等措施,取得了良好的效果,为同行提供借鉴和参考.%Pressure vessels with quick opening closure are widely used in chemical,aerospace,medical,natural gas and other industrial fields.Quick opening closure is the key equipment for the gas pipeline,and is subject to foreign markets for a long time,which seriously impacts on the present development of China's nature gas industry.Especially,foreign companies have a monopoly on the high-pressure and large-diameter quick opening closure in the international market.In 2015,successful trial production of localization of quick opening closure broke the foreign monopoly.As the increasing domestic demands of quick opening closure,the welding deformation and leakage problems of quick opening closure and pressure vessel shell are increasing.By summarizing years of welding experience of quick opening closure equipment,measures such as drawing up the welding instructions,welder getting a certificate,the prevention and control of welding deformation are adopted and obtain a good effect,which can provide reference and reference for peers.
