高速列车制造中焊接烟尘的治理

     

摘要

High speed train and high speed railway in china are booming at a very rapid pace.Relevant state departments proposed that we should "continue to develop the energy conservation and environmental protection technology system in depth for both high speed railway and high speed train" in the 13th Five-Year Plan.As one of the most important processes in the manufacturing of high speed train bodies,welding has always been a symbol of high pollution and high energy consumption.As environmental requirements become more and more strict,the issue of solving the high pollution caused by welding has been imminent.A summary of the welding fume treatment technology was introduced in this article mainly from the points of the physical characteristics,the generation and dynamic changes of diffusion of the welding fume.%中国高速列车和高速铁路在以非常迅猛的方式蓬勃发展,国家相关部门提出,在“十三五”中要“持续深化既有高速铁路和高速列车节能环保技术体系”.作为在高速列车车体制造中最重要的工艺之一的焊接,被认为是高污染、高能耗的代表,随着环保的要求越来越严格,解决焊接工艺产生烟尘的高污染的问题已经迫在眉睫.本研究主要从焊接烟尘的物理特性、烟尘的产生和扩散时动态变化入手,介绍了对焊接烟尘的治理技术.
