一种磁控型浮地忆阻器模拟器的实现

摘要

The artificial circuit is based on floating ground memristor simulator of the flux control system,which is cousisted of conventional circuit components and applied to MC low-pass filter.The artificial result shows that the simulator is of hysteresis current-voltage characteristics and its relevant MC low-pass filter with time varying characteristic.%该模拟电路基于磁通控制的浮地忆阻器仿真器,它由常规电路元件组成并应用到MC低通滤波器.仿真结果表明,该模拟器有一个滞后的伏安特性以及其相应的MC低通滤波器具有时变特性.
