计及风电出力波动的发电计划模型及应用

         

摘要

With the fast development of wind power, the practicability of the conventional generation schedules weakens while day-ahead unit commitment schedule becomes more important. Based on the conventional generation scheduling model and the analysis on system power balance constraints and system reserve requirements constraints, a new model considering wind power fluctuation is presented and simulated on an IEEE RTS 96 system, in which 32 conventional units are included. The results show that the presented model can be easy to be combined with conventional model, and it is effective to make a unit commitment schedule with wind power and with consideration of its fluctuation, by which the application of the generation scheduling model is extended and the practicability is enhanced.%随着风电大规模并网,常规发电机组出力计划的指导性有所降低,次日开机方式的安排显得更加重要.为此,在常规机组发电计划模型及对系统负荷平衡约束和系统正负备用容量约束的物理含义进行分析的基础上,提出一种考虑风电功率波动特性的发电计划模型,并利用IEEE RTS 96系统对该模型进行测试.测试结果表明,该模型易于与现有模型结合,能有效处理风电功率接入后的发电计划编制问题,且其确定出的一组满足风电功率波动的常规机组开机方式,扩展了发电计划的适用范围,增强了发电计划模型的工程实用性.
