火电厂大气污染物近“零”排放污染控制技术的示范应用

摘要

Introduced a series reform of ultra-low emissions, such as the double trays and double cycle for flue gas desulfurization absorption tower, a low- NOx burner, increase the quantity of catalyst and reducing agent and catalyst decorate form for SCR, as wel as using wet electric precipitator and low-low temperature electric precipitator of the electric dust removal system. Take Guohua zhoushan power plant unit 4 as an example, ana-lyzed the desulfurization denitration and dust removal system ultra-low emissions effect , ultra-low emission of air pol utants in coal-fired power plants can be achieved.%介绍了脱硫系统的脱硫塔双托盘改造、双循环改造等技术，锅炉燃烧器低氮燃烧改造、增加SCR脱硝催化剂和还原剂数量及催化剂布置形式等技术，以及电除尘系统增加湿式电除尘或进行低低温除尘改造等一系列超低排放措施。以国华舟山电厂4号机组为例，分析了脱硫脱硝和除尘系统超低排放技术改造对污染物排放浓度控制的效果，火电厂大气污染物的超低排放可以实现。
