电厂热力设备和管道疏水系统优化设计探讨

         

摘要

电厂热力设备和管道疏水现行设计大多数集中接入凝汽器背包式本体疏水扩容器,凝汽器周围被密密麻麻的疏水管道和阀门包围,阀门检修维护困难,疏水阀泄漏严重,导致大量高压蒸汽进入凝汽器而影响机组运行的经济性和安全性,为此本文提出优化措施,通过探讨和交流为疏水系统设计和运行维护提供借鉴。%Most of current designing scheme for the thermal equipment and pipe drain system in power plant is that various kinds drains were connected into the turbine proper drain flash tank which integrated with condenser. The condenser surrounded by thickly dotted drain pipes and valves, thus cause difficult for valve maintenance and leakage serious and lead to a large number of high pressure steam leakage into the condenser . So that effect the economy and security of TG unit operation. This paper puts forward optimizing measures and through discussion and communication design also for drain system operation and maintenance for reference.
