高温高压机组高背压供热的效益分析

         

摘要

In view of the policy of energy conservation and environmental protection,there has been many high-pressure and high-temperature steam turbine units working at high exhaust pressure condition during all winter. This thesis focuses on 50 MW units under high exhaust pressure condition and adopts two methods of thermal calculation under rated condition and variety condition. Given 0.032MPa of exhaust pressure of turbine,calculation shows that reheat is able to meet the inhabitants heating demand of 1,820,000 square meter, 30,877 tons of coal would be saved,and the exhaust of CO2, SO2, ash, etc. would be reduced greatly.%面对日益严格的节能和环保要求,在冬季采暖期,高温高压机组高背压工况运行向外供热方式的应用愈来愈多。本文采用回热系统热平衡法和近似热力计算法,以50MW机组高背压供热为例分别计算了额定工况和变工况下背压与给水量、排汽量以及热耗率和煤耗率的变化规律,当背压0.032MPa时,可以满足建筑面积182万m2的采暖用热,经济性分析表明可在一年半收回成本,环保性分析表明在一个采暖期内与供暖小锅炉相比减少标煤耗30877t,可极大地减少CO2、SO2、烟尘和灰渣的排放量。
