The evaluation of power grid emergency capability is an important issue to establish emergency mecha-nism, so the establishment of the emergency capability evaluation index system of safety is of great significance to enhance the emergency management capability of power grid. This paper establishes a corresponding grid emergen-cy evaluation index system from three aspects of emergency response capacity: emergency support capabilities, e-mergency handling ability, and rehabilitation treatment capacity. The entropy weight method is used to carry out the grid safety assessment ideas. The emergency capability evaluation index system is established at the same time, which can enhance the level of power grid emergency management, and provide a more systematic and scientific theoretical basis.%电网的应急能力评估是电网应急机制中的关键问题之一,因此,应急能力安全评价指标体系的完善与否对电网应急能力的管理与完善具有十分重要的意义。通过从应急保障能力、应急处理能力、善后处理能力等3个方面建立与完善电网应急能力安全评价指标体系,并尝试利用熵权法对电网的应急能力进行评估,同时建立了相应的电网应急能力评价指标体系,为提升电网应急管理水平,提供了更加系统和科学的理论依据。
