The power distribution system lays lots of power cable,and mainly uses variable frequency speed regu-lation technology with power energy feedback in modern ports,which generates much harmonics inevitably. Har-monic resonance and waveform distortion reduce power quality greatly,and pose a serious threat to the security of the system operation. This article mainly analyzes harmonic resonance caused by distributed capacitance of power cable and the system parameter by basic theory of electric circuit in port power distribution system,which has dif-ferent influences such as enlargement,suppression or filtering on system harmonic,Finally the proposed theory is verified by PACAD/EMTDC simulation,and choosing the parameter reasonably in a system design is emphasized.%现代港口供配电系统所采用大量的电力电缆以及具有能量回馈的变频调速技术的应用,会产生大量的谐波,由此引发的谐振和波形畸变大大降低了电能的质量,对系统的安全运行造成了严重威胁。应用电力系统的基本理论,分析了港口供配电系统中电缆分布电容与系统参数之间发生谐波谐振,应用对系统谐波所起到放大、抑制或滤除等不同影响,最后用PSCAD/EMTDC软件验证了理论分析的正确性,强调了系统设计时合理选择参数的重要性。
