基于 ANSYS 的电磁铁仿真分析及其实验验证

         

摘要

The electromagnetic properties of electromagnet was simulated with ANSYS software based on the finite element method, in which the intensity of electromagnetic induction, lines of magnetic force distribution, surface induction vector of the electromagnet and the magnetic field intensity were calculated. Then the electromagnet structure was optimized and the optimized structure was analyzed by ANSYS by using the same parameters.It was found that the optimized structure of electromagnet has improved in electromagnetic properties.Finally, the simu-lation results of electromagnet were further compared with experimental results of this optimized sample and it was proved the theory of electromagnetic simulation analysis for the structural design of the electromagnet was effective and feasible.%在保证电磁铁安装及外形尺寸不发生改变的情况下,对电磁铁内部的铁心结构进行修改优化,以增强电磁铁铁心表面的磁感应强度;通过利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对电磁铁各部分进行二维建模,输入相关参数及设定约束后进行有限元静态磁场仿真分析,经计算分析得到电磁铁铁心的磁力线分布、表面的磁感应强度、表面磁感应矢量等电磁性能参数,然后对该电磁铁结构进行优化修改,结构修改后对修改模型在相同的条件下再一次进行建模分析,把得到的电磁性能参数与原结构的进行对比,发现经过结构优化后的电磁铁铁心的表面磁感应强度有一定程度的提高;为了更加明确电磁仿真分析的可行性,最后把所制作出来的电磁铁样品的实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,验证仿真分析的有效性,为电磁铁的结构设计提供理论依据。
