超临界机组SCR输氨管道堵塞原因分析及治理

         

摘要

通过对火电厂脱硝系统SCR输氨管道内沉积物的生成原因进行分析,提出相应治理方案,从而避免堵塞问题的再次发生。对管道沉积物进行取样,并应用离子色谱、电感耦合等离子光谱( ICP)、热重-红外联用技术( TG-IR)、固体红外( IR)和X射线衍射( XRD)对其物化性质进行表征分析。分析结果表明,该火电厂氨站输氨管道内沉积物主要由水溶性物质氨基甲酸铵、碳酸氢氨、碳酸铵和水不溶物水铁矿构成。因此可知,空气污染是液氨管道沉积物生成的直接原因,空气中二氧化碳与液氨反应生成氨基甲酸铵,腐蚀金属管道生成水铁矿(Fe5HO8·4H2O),堵塞输氨管道。基于此进一步提出了治理方案,成功避免了堵塞问题的再次发生。%The cause of deposition generation in SCR ammonia transportation pipeline was analysed in this paper, in order to propose a treatment to avoid the corrosion and blocking of pipe. The deposition in the SCR ammonia transportation pipeline was collected. The physicochemical properties of the sample was characterized by ion chro-matography, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP), thermo-gravimetric and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy coupled technology ( TG-IR) , solid Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy ( IR) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD) . The deposition in ammonia transportation pipeline of ammonia station was composed of ammo-nium carbamate, ammonium bicarbonate and ammonium carbonate, which are soluble in water and ferrihydrite, which is insoluble in water. So the air pollution was the direct reason for the formation of deposition in ammonia transportation pipelines. The ammonium carbamate generated by the reaction of carbon dioxide and liquid ammo-nia, causing the corrosion and blocking of carbon steel pipelines.
