四分仓回转式空气预热器动态特性仿真研究

             

摘要

以300 MW富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉机组为研究对象,建立了四分仓回转式空气预热器的数学模型,并基于一体化仿真平台,建立了仿真模型。通过漏风扰动试验,分析了B⁃MCR工况下锅炉主要运行参数的变化规律。结果表明:随着四分仓回转式空气预热器漏风率的增大,四分仓出口排烟温度下降,一次再循环烟气和氧气温度上升;炉内绝热燃烧温度升高和三原子气体发射率增大,使水冷壁辐射换热量增多;主蒸汽量增多,主汽压力升高,主汽温度下降,不但影响机组的经济性,也威胁着机组的安全稳定运行。因此,减小四分仓回转式空气预热器漏风对于富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉具有重要意义。%The 300 MW oxy⁃coal fired boiler unit is taken as an object of study. The mathematical model of quad⁃section rotary air heater were established, and the simulation model was set up based on the Integrated Simulation Platform. Through the leakage test of quad⁃section rotary gas⁃gas preheater on B⁃MCR condition, the change rules of the operation parameters of the boiler unit were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the leakage rate of the quad⁃section rotary gas⁃gas preheater, the temperature of the exhaust flue gas drops while the tempera⁃ture of the primary recycling flue gas and the oxygen gas increase. Meanwhile, the increase of the isothermal tem⁃perature and the radiation emissivity lead to the increase of the water wall radiation heat transfer. In addition, with the increase of air leakage rate of quad⁃section rotary gas⁃gas preheater, the increase of the main steam flow leads to the rise of main steam pressure and the decrease of its temperature, which is unbeneficial to the economy and safe operation of the unit. In consequence, it is crucial for the oxy⁃coal fired boiler unit to reduce the leakage rate of the quad⁃section rotary air heater.
