E玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料剪切性能

         

摘要

为了探究E玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料(E-glass fiber reinforced polymer,E-GFRP)的剪切性能,对E-GFRP进行了±45°拉伸试验、45°偏轴拉伸试验和层间剪切强度试验,研究了E-GFRP的面内(纵横)剪切强度、面内(纵横)剪切模量和层间剪切强度;探讨了E-GFRP剪切破坏的特征。依据现有的多种复合材料计算模型对试件的面内剪切模量进行计算并与试验结果对比,比较各计算模型的预测效果。结果表明:与45°偏轴拉伸试验相比,±45°轴向拉伸试验测定E-GFRP材料的剪切性能参数更可靠;各模型给出的面内弹性剪切模量预测值中,哈尔平-蔡(Halpin-Tsai)模型和王震鸣推荐公式的预测值与试验值吻合程度最好。%To study the shear properties of the E-glass fiber reinforced polymer (E-GFRP),the ±45 °tensile test,the 45 °off-axis tensile test and the interlaminar shear strength test were carried out on the E-GFRP.The in-plane (vertical and horizontal)shear strength,in-plane (vertical and horizontal)shear modulus and interlaminar shear strength of the E-GFRP material were studied.And the characteristics of the E-GFRP material shear failure were discussed.According to the existing calculation models for composite materials,the in-plane shear modulus of specimens were calculated and compared with the test results,to compare the prediction effect of each calculation model.The results show that the shear property parameters of the E-GFRP measured in the ±45 °tensile test are more reliable than those measured in the 45 °off-axis tensile test;among all the models,the predictive values of Halpin-Tsai prediction model and the formula recommended by Zhenming Wang agree well with the experimental data.
