真空断路器永磁操作机构控制器保护电路元件参数优化设计

     

摘要

A circuit model with normalization parameters is built according to the typical structure of bistable dual-coil operation controller of permanent magnetic actuator with vacuum circuit breaker, based on which the relationship between the impactive current/voltage of switching device and the parameters of snubber/ freewheeling circuits is discussed and the related calculating curves are achieved. With the overcurrent, overvoltage and their transitional time as the optimization indexes,the design parameters of protection circuit for power electronic devices are optimized for the prototype. Simulative and experimental results show that the switch-off overvoltage,switch-on impactive current and their transitional time meet the defined limits, verifying the rationality and practicability of the proposed calculating curves. As the normalized parameters are adopted,the proposed calculating curves are applicable to the parameter optimization for any kind of operation controller of permanent magnetic actuator.%根据真空断路器双稳态双线圈永磁机构操作控制器的典型结构,给出了建立其归一化电路的方法.基于归一化参数的机构操作控制器主电路模型,分别讨论了缓冲电路的元件参数、续流回路的元件参数对电力电子开关器件电流、电压冲击的关系,得出了相关的计算曲线.以过电流、过电压倍数及其过渡过程时间为优化指标,针对实际样机,对其设计参数进行了电力电子保护电路参数的优化选择,仿真和实验结果证明,所选择的保护电路元件完全满足了关断过电压及其过渡过程时间和开通电流冲击的限定指标,证明了计算曲线的合理性和实用性.由于采用了归一化参数,计算曲线适合于任何永磁机构操作电路元件参数的选择.
