基于MSP430F169的远程智能故障监测器

         

摘要

所设计的智能故障监测器主要由电源供电模块、核心处理器模块、无线通信模块等构成.采用高性能低功耗的微处理器MSP430F169作为核心处理单元,并配置ISL83485芯片以实现MSP430F169与上位机的通信,配置X5043芯片提高MSP430F169的稳定性,并使其具备一定存储能力.采用线路取能为主供电方案,当线路故障导致主供电方案瘫痪时,切换至太阳能供电模式,从而使系统能持续稳定地完成监测功能.通信方面采用了ZigBee通信方式与GPRS通信方式相结合的设计方案,其中GPRS通信模块完成与电力监控中心通信的功能,ZigBee模块用于线路故障时各模块间的通信.通过无线自组网技术能达到故障自动定位的要求.%An intelligent remote fault monitor is designed, which consists of power supply module, core processor module and wireless communication module. MSP430F169, microprocessor with high performance and low power consumption, is taken as the core processing unit. ISL83485 is applied for the communication between MSP430F169 and superordinate unit,and X5043 is applied to enhance the stability of MSP430F169 and to store data. To ensure the stable and continuous power supply, energy is mainly induced from the transmission line while solar energy is provided during line fault. The combination of ZigBee communication mode with GPRS communication mode is adopted in the design of communication system. The GPRS communication is responsible for the communication with SCADA system while the ZigBee for the communication between different modules during line fault. Fault location is realized with wireless ad hoc network technology.
