高压断路器机械故障诊断专家系统设计

             

摘要

针对高压断路器的操动机构故障信息能反映在线圈电流、机械振动和辅助触点位置信号中的特点,在分析各信号特征提取和利用专家系统实现故障诊断的优点的基础之上,提出一种多参数规则推理的故障诊断专家系统.首先阐述高压断路器的操作过程,并根据其操作特性提取隐含在线圈电流和机械振动信号的有效信息,找出特征参数与断路器状态的对应关系,接着详细分析系统推理机构与诊断原理,最后设计基于多规则的故障诊断专家系统.实验结果表明,该知识获取方法能有效的提取各信号特征,建立的故障诊断专家系统能有效的诊断出高压断路器多种故障类型.%Targeting at the characteristics of machinery vibration signals, coil current and contact states that can reflect actuator' s fault information of high voltage circuit breaker (HVCB), and making full use of signal feature extraction method and the advantages of using the expert system to carry out identify fault type, a method based on multi-parameter rule-based reasoning to diagnose fault for HVCB is proposed. Firstly, the operating process of HVCB was analyzed, and some available information was extracted from coil currents and machinery vibration signals. Secondly, the system reasoning agency and diagnostic principles were analyzed in detail. Finally, a fault diagnosis expert system based on rule for HVCB was designed with the relationship between feature parameters and the station of breakers. The experimentation shows that the knowledge acquisition method can effectively extract the signal features, and the expert system is effective to diagnose the fault types of HVCB.
