混合励磁同步电机驱动系统弱磁控制

         

摘要

针对混合励磁同步电机低速大转矩及宽调速的特点,提出一种基于空间电压矢量算法的弱磁调速控制方法.该控制方法在速度分区控制的基础上,在高速区,采用保持q轴反电势不变的铜耗最小控制策略,对电枢电流与励磁电流进行优化配置.搭建该电机驱动系统的仿真模型,对无电流弱磁、励磁电流弱磁、d轴电流与励磁电流共同弱磁3种不同电流控制模式下的调速效果进行分析;构建该电机驱动控制系统的实验平台,通过实验得到该电机的启动电流波形与稳态电流波形,对所提出的算法进行验证.仿真和实验结果表明,在铜耗最小控制条件下,采用d轴电流与励磁电流共同弱磁的混合励磁同步电机驱动系统比单纯采用励磁电流弱磁或无电流弱磁的驱动系统具有更宽的调速范围.%According to the significant features of low-speed high-torque and wide speed-range operation in hybrid excitation synchronous motor (HESM), a flux weakening control method based on SVPWM control strategy was presented. Based on a speed stage control, copper loss minimization algorithm with invariable back-EMF was adopted in the proposed control method for the optimal regulation of armature current and field current in high speed region. The simulation model of HESM driving system was established for comparing the speed regulation effectiveness of three different control methods, without flux weakening, field current weakening merely, and d-axis current and field current weakening simultaneously. The experimental platform of the driving system was also implemented for validating the proposed control method by the transient current waveforms in starting process and stable current waveforms. The simulation and experimental results show that, based on the copper loss minimization algorithm, the HESM driving system with the proposed method utilizing the d-axis current fully has a wider speed range than the ones with the other methods employing field current merely or without flux weakening.
