多定子直线感应电动机任务交班控制策略

             

摘要

长初级双边直线感应电动机为了进一步提高推力密度和可靠性,可以采用多台电机初级(N≥2)上下并联布置共用一个次级的结构形式.即使某台电机初级发生故障,仍然可以利用剩下N-1台电机完成预先设定任务.建立多定子直线感应电动机集总参数模型,重点研究由N台电机工作切换到N-1台电机工作,保证电机任务交班前后电磁推力不变的控制策略.在Matlab/SIMULINK环境下建立了多定子直线感应电动机任务交班仿真系统.通过两种任务交班策略的仿真对比分析,发现了多定子直线感应电动机任务交班策略中的技术难点,并提出了该领域需进一步深入研究的方向.%In order to enhance the thrust density and reliability of double-sided linear induction motor ( DSLIM) , the structure of N primaries (N is an integer and N≥2) sharing just one secondary can be a-dopted. Then if one primary fails, the residual N - 1 primaries could accomplish the scheduled target all the same. The lumped-parameter model of multiply primaries sharing one secondary motor was established , and the assignment alternating strategy of N primaries work switching to N - 1 primaries work which ensures the electromagnetic force invariable was researched. In the Matlab/SIMULINK software environment, the control strategy of how multiply primaries sharing one secondary motor fulfill assignment alternating was researched. According to the simulation comparison of two assignment alternating strategy , the technology bottleneck in this field was given, also the questions need to be lucubrated at were put forward.
