磁力耦合联轴器三维传递转矩及特性参数分析

             

摘要

针对传统二维方法因忽略端面效应导致磁力耦合联轴器传递转矩计算不精确问题,借助单对永磁体传递转矩的库伦表达,建立具有多对弧形永磁体结构的磁力联轴器三维转矩解析模型,通过与三维有限元模型磁场分析对比验证了该模型可行性.对磁力耦合联轴器转矩特性参数包括:磁极对数、转子厚度、磁体轴向长度、节距比等对传递转矩的影响进行了分析,研究结果表明:合理选择磁极对数并适当减小气隙厚度有利于增加传递转矩;传递转矩随内、外转子厚度的增加而变大,但变化率逐渐减小;当转子轴向长度大于径向长度时,漏磁现象显著减小;选择合适的节距比有利于提高永磁材料的利用率.提出的磁力耦合联轴器三维转矩模型可为联轴器的结构设计与优化提供理论指导.%Due to the traditional torque calculation methods in the magnetic coupling being imprecise for ignoring the end effect,a 3D analytical model for calculating the torque transmitted between the p-pair permanent magnets based on the expression of one pair magnets was presented.This model was verified by comparing the magnetic field analysis calculated by the 3D finite element model. Then the torque charac-teristic parameters of magnetic pole pairs,rotor thickness,magnets axial length and pitch ratio were ana-lyzed by these two models. It is concluded that,choosing proper pole pairs and reducing the thickness of air gap appropriately are helpful to increase the transmission torque,and the torque is larger with the in-crement of the thickness of inner and outer rotors,and whereas the change rate decreases. Besides, the magnetic flux leakage reduces significantly when the rotor axial length is larger than the radial length,and the suitable pitch ratio is conducive to improve the utilization of permanent magnet materials. The pro-posed torque analytical model provides scientific guidance to the design and optimization of magnetic cou-pling structure.
