一种四自由度复合结构无轴承开关磁阻电机及绕组优化设计

         

摘要

Based on a co-winding structure for the biased windings of two radial magnetic bearings (RMBs)and the armature winding of a 12/8 poleswitched reluctance motor(SRM), a 4-DOF hybrid-structure bearingless switched reluctance motor(HBSRM)is presented.Its rotation control is the same with the traditional SRM.Suspending force control likes the electromagnetic bearing, and levitation and rotation can be controlled independently.Firstly,the structure and working principle of HBSRM was in-troduced.Secondly,in order to eliminate the coupling of radial forces and the asymmetric output charac-teristics of suspending forces,a winding structure for the HBSRM was proposed,and its suspending force expressions were re-derived.Moreover,a method for winding optimization design and a design process for the prototype were shown in detail,and the finite element analysis validates this design method.%基于径向磁轴承(radial magnetic bearing, RMB)偏置绕组和开关磁阻电机(switched reluc-tance motor,SRM)电枢绕组的共绕组结构形式,提出一种四自由度复合结构无轴承开关磁阻电机(hybridstructure bearingless switched reluctance motor,HBSRM).其旋转控制与SRM相同,悬浮控制与磁轴承相似,且旋转和悬浮可独立解耦控制.详述HBSRM结构和原理的基础上,基于等效磁路方法,推导了其悬浮力模型.为消除上述HBSRM的悬浮力不均衡和耦合问题,提出了一种新型绕组结构形式,新结构悬浮力模型和有限元仿真结果均证明了其有效性.给出了新结构绕组的优化设计方法,引入了一个电源压降系数,以考虑RMB部分等效偏置绕组感应电动势导致的SRM部分等效绕组端电压的下降,并给出了各绕组匝数计算公式和优化设计过程,有限元仿真证明了该方法的正确性.
